Uliana Matusévich
«My advice: just listen to yourself and do what you want!».
Ulyana started her journey in digital and eventually created Matu Digital Academy, where she has already trained over 600 people. Starting with SMM, she quickly realized that she wanted more — to create, inspire, and lead.
Irina Tolkie
«Being on the same wavelength with people isn’t difficult — you can create it yourself. I try to bring the team together not only with common work ideas: in the office, we watch documentaries on the projector and experiment with coffee beans for filter coffee».
Irina’s journey took her from media to IT startups. She relaunched projects, managed creative teams, and the main principle that helps her grow is the ability to focus on the ideas that come up during the work process and tackle challenges with a sense of humor.

Ilyana is once again leading a media company, and this journey wouldn’t have been possible without determination and doubts, without believing in herself and worrying about making the right choice, without a love for her profession and always searching for new passions.
